Kerbal Arms Race Program

Kerbal Arms Race Program

Postby TheTeddyguy » Fri May 22, 2015 9:40 pm

Figured I'd start this for comparing Kerbal war machines since Coins mentioned modding the game the other day.

First my pride and joy, my Tri-Jet heavy fighter bomber. It's a LOT more agile and reliable than it looks.

My 2801 Heavy Glider, flies to where it needs to be, lands then ditches the wings and landing gear to fight.

2801-2, same thing minus all of the glider bulk and some new weapons to fill the new space.

I've never made anything war-related in KSP, lol. I like designing satellites and colonies.

Oh well. At least my self-sufficient colonies and space stations can avoid your primitive war machines for a while, lol.

Just you wait until I develop a successful starfighter lol, I've already got missiles that can use RCS boosters to steer to you in space.

Meanwhile I'm just there watching Scott Manley videos and comparing his orbital launches to mine, cursing fervently and wondering "what am I doing wrong..."

I can do a moon mission no problem. But you can rest assured I'm not doing in an efficient manner :P

I just set up a geostationary communication network for my current game. Now I can embezzle a bunch of money from Teddy's military contractors because I control the satellites, lel.

I'm working on something to deal with orbital problems, don't worry.

Tyrud what do you think of the designs I've posted so far?
