Also, I got writer's hype right before bed, so I just wrote 1500 words for the next Omar post with a lot more to be added, and I'm pretty hype about this post, so it'll probably be done first.

It was a very good post. It gets more interesting every time. I certainly don't envy anyone who has to investigate anything in a world without records.

2000 words of the next Omar post are written, but I need to connect the three scenes I have into one contiguous post, so it'll be long and take a while, since I have **** to do this week and a test Friday. Maybe I'll get it out by the weekend, though.

I've decided to throw Harmony back into the mix, since I was never really happy with how her story went. Basically all of the character development took place via time skips, which made the characters generic and the story disjointed, and overall it was just too short.

Harmony, Bert, Omar, Oliver, and Marcus are all active at once now, which is the most characters I've had going at once in IISWF, so some of them might get neglected, lol. Harmony's story should go faster than the others since I already have a template to work from, and I'm really getting into the groove with Omar.

I might get a post out tonight, but I don't know for who.

For the first redone Harmony post, I focused more on Quentin and Janet than Harmony (since, you know, the five-year-old is only so interesting), I changed “Quintin” to the more common spelling of “Quentin”, and I had more conversation/backstory about what was happening in Idaho during the early days of the outbreak.

Didn't get it up before I clocked out, no bonus points.

Good **** though, it's the best description of the early events we've managed to toss together so far I think. Can't wait to see as things develop and Harmony gets older.

It's never a bad idea to go back and improve your characters, especially if you feel they fell short in some way. Will the new Harmony redux include new events, or are you going to just re-do/improve the original set of events with more conversation and details?

Like I said, I wanted to make the story seem like it wasn't skipping around so much. Technically the same skips will still be there, along with every event that occurred in the original version, but I'm going to extend all the sections of the story with new events and more details too.
