I'm not sure, but this thing could one shot some zombies like nobodies business.

If Neegan had been using my bat, he wouldn't have needed the 5 something swings to take out whoever he picked lol.

The day George Romero bought out DIY network, lmao.

I feel like that saw blade weapon could use a hand guard, or at least a hand grip in the form of tape. Just to keep your hand safe from the pointy bits.

I wear my kevlar work gloves under my Husqvarna chainsaw gloves anytime I'm using **** like this lol. I'm pretty confident in my construction, but **** happens.

That being said, I'm probably going to dismantle that thing and reappropriate the parts to something else, once I think of something. I've got another bat that I'm probably going to turn into a mess of steel spikes. Once I finally get into welding, I plan on welding a trailer hitch ball to the top of my padlock bat for even more wrecking power.

Your spear's a fucken inspiration, Teddy. I've been bouncing around ideas of my own to making something similar ever since I found a claw hammer buried in the front yard with no handle a couple days ago, so seeing that provided some motivation to start looking for a suitable handle.

I'd have to say your bat mace is my personal favorite, though. It looks as grim-dark medieval as it does post-apocalyptic. Strikes me as something I'd find in dark souls.

EDIT: Did some searching and found some artwork outta Dark Souls that looks like a messier version of your mace.

Double EDIT: Also, as a design question, do you have any particular reason for putting the larger saw blade below the smaller saw blade on your cleaver?

More efficient draw cuts I figured, along with better control with a more centralized balance.

Also, I added to my mace. I think I can call it a warhammer now, I've nicknamed it Locksmith lol.

And I also made this.

I had assumed balance factored into it, but hadn't considered the cut.

I really like the addition of that hook to Locksmith, I have a rusted one of those acting as the head to my flail. Fucks up pumpkins real good.

You got a name for that second bat yet? (By the way, showing the new and improved Locksmith and new bat to the fans of post apocalyptic weaponry I know.)

EDIT: Just notice the key dangling from Locksmith. Very nice touch.

I've dubbed the second bat "The Crown". Believe it or not, that hunk of steel makes it almost twice as heavy as Locksmith lol, it's basically a sledgehammer. But because of that rim it has up top, all that weight and force is impacting a smaller area and causing more damage. One swing at the ground instantly buries the thing in dirt lol.

I should use these to train my nephews.

Made a new thing, I think I'll call it "The Point".

Simple as all hell, but also durable and cheap to make. You could one shot zombies left and right with a single thwack to the temple, and the single smooth nail would allow easy extraction. The steel bracket also adds a bit to the other ends blunt power.
