multiplayer survival

adding multiplayer survival with survivors starting at same location or different locations. possibly even some play as zombies and others as survivors.

I agree. Multiplayer weither it be PVP or teamwork would be not only fun but interesting to have. Of course, you would have to add a chat feature and how different would it have to be? can you not see where the others are until everybody finds each other? when you're a zombie can you PLAY as a zombie? will there still be followers? Et cetera, et cetera.

Wouldn't work with current game engine and map sizes. This game is about strategy, gathering resources, and killin zeds adding in multiplayer on 250x250 and 500x500 maps would make it crowded and awkward. Not to mention, what about pvp? What if you get down to your last man and some gang comes and murder faces you, game over. Plus, the engine is getting revamped soon, Saxon is still working on a port, and a multitude of other features need to be added to even begin contemplating a competitive multiplayer addition. We need bigger maps and more zeds, inventory systems to limit one player from clearing the map, and different weapons to make multiplayer a viable option. For now, we hope for that android port and for google to hurry it up and update their **** so Saxon can begin re-coding everything in JavaScript.
