Some questions on the internal game

I came across Class 3 via stumble, and at first I thought it was some randomly wandering sprites and some shoddy "zombies" added in. I was in a major surprise. It has a lot of polish and atmosphere even in the sounds. So..

1: What exactly will this game be? Is it a survival(find supplies, hold up, save others), or more action oriented?

2: How was trees/building locations done? I haven't come across a single mistake, yet tracing the entire city down by hand much have taken a very long time. (Aka: How does the ai understand they entered a building)

3: Are all civies moving, or just the ones on the screen?


That's all I can think of, this game is looking fantastic so far!
